Manufacturing inspection
Founded in 1992, the company is a manufacturer of metallized polypropylene film capacitors and aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The company’s main products include: CBB series AC motor capacitors, lighting fixture capacitors, low-voltage shunt power capacitors, and CD series starting capacitors, among others.
Carefully selected materials
Imported high-quality, high-temperature-resistant metallized polypropylene film with rapid heat dissipation and low temperature rise. To ensure the special properties of certain materials, the company has also introduced imported coating machines, enabling meticulous material selection.
Precision manufacturing
From R&D to material processing, from individual parts to final product assembly, the company actively introduces advanced technologies and equipment both domestically and internationally. It has taken the lead in adopting industry-standard centralized feeding systems, constant-temperature control systems, vacuum impregnation systems, and automated assembly and packaging lines—all characterized by specialized processes and stringent process quality controls. More than a hundred qualified technicians meticulously oversee every detail of the production process, striving for excellence and perfection in their craftsmanship.
Inspection and testing
To ensure advanced equipment levels, the company actively introduces new types of machinery and testing instruments, and strengthens R&D and production in reliability. The company now boasts state-of-the-art fully automatic winding machines and automatic slitting machines, which have significantly boosted production efficiency and ensured steady improvements in both production processes and product quality.
Test one by one
Each process in the company is staffed with dedicated personnel who use specialized equipment to inspect each product individually, ensuring that all product performance characteristics meet the standards and preventing defective items from moving on to the next stage of production.
