The core of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor is constructed by overlapping and winding four layers: an anode aluminum foil, electrolytic paper, a cathode aluminum foil, and another layer of electrolytic paper. After the core is impregnated with an electrolyte, it is sealed within an aluminum case and secured with a plastic cap to form the complete electrolytic capacitor. This capacitor features a compact size, large capacitance, wide application range, and high reliability, making it a versatile component. It is suitable for motor starting applications at frequencies of 50 Hz/60 Hz and can also be used in DC or pulsating circuits for rectification, filtering, and audio bypass purposes.
